maharashtralorrysuppliers provides lorry rental, goods transport, logistics solutions, fleet management, and warehousing services. All services are subject to availability and our operational capacity.

3. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be confirmed in writing or through our official channels
• Payment terms will be specified at the time of booking
• Advance payment may be required for certain services
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice

4. Liability

While we take utmost care of your goods, our liability is limited to the declared value of goods at the time of booking. We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or government actions
• Damage to improperly packed goods
• Loss of perishable items due to unforeseen delays

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the booking amount.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about goods being transported
• Ensure goods are properly packed and labeled
• Declare any hazardous or restricted materials
• Be available at pickup and delivery locations at scheduled times

7. Prohibited Items

We do not transport illegal goods, explosives, hazardous chemicals, or any items prohibited by law.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
